AJM have established a rapid fleet assistance service for commercial hauliers and coach operators in the Midlands. Six rapid response vans each with a qualified technician attend breakdowns with the aim of getting the vehicle up and running, thereby avoiding the need for expensive recovery.
The service is available as ‘pay as you go’ or we can arrange annual fleet cover if this is preferred.

We manage the service through our state-of-the-art control room where we have invested in the latest equipment - MTS Turbo Track and Turbo dispatch systems to enable us to respond quickly and efficiently to our customers needs - first time, every time.

Real-time information enables us to keep track of each job, to manage progress, ETAs and to update customers.

AJM technicians attend our in-house training school and are regularly updated on all aspects of safe vehicle repair and recovery. We offer our employees a programme of continuing professional development.
